Due to the questions and concerns from community members about Dominion Energy’s plan the underground our electric lines, the WMNCA Board has scheduled a meeting with the company working to obtain the necessary easements. Of the 70 easements needed, 11 homeowners have not responded.
The meeting will be held on Saturday October 17th at 5:00pm. We will meet outdoors at the intersection of Apple Hill and Chancery Ct. We urge everyone attending to observe current social distancing guidelines, wear a mask, and bring your own chair. We ask that you limit attendance to one person per household, and no children please.
If we have a quorum we will call the meeting to order, and accept nominations for Association officers and conduct the election. You may pay yearly WMNCA fees at this time as well.
If time allows we can discuss Halloween in the community. We have had a lot of requests for guidance.
